We took these photos at our warehouse and I assure you the images have not been Photoshopped or altered in anyway. 

I'm sorry to hear that your MailBoss was so badly damaged from being hit (assuming by a car/truck?) ... I will say that dynamic force is different than static force and that may explain why these pictures are hard for you to believe. At the same time, we have had SEVERAL customers call for touch up paint after having their box hit and found down the road - no dents, still functional, just scratched up a bit.

Leanna, if you provide us an image to verify that your box was indeed totally smashed and not functional, we will happily replace it for you free of cost. Please contact us (webmaster@mailboss.net or (800) 589-7990) and we will take care of you.</description>
